TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are entering into a contract to purchase a product based on the following terms and conditions.

All costs of carriage are those displayed at the point of the order. By confirming the order, the buyer accepts all the prices (Order Total) provided at the point of the order.
Loose n’ Lazy Ltd. reserves the right to alter prices or cancel order at any time prior to the order delivery. In case of order alteration you will be notified by email.

To enter into contract with Loose n’ Lazy Ltd. you must possess a valid credit or debit card and must be authorized to use the credit or debit card to place the order. By placing the order you undertake that the supplied credit or debit card has sufficient funds to pay for the order and that all details you provide in relation to the order are true and accurate. Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by all methods accepted on this website. Payment for the goods is due at the point of the order and shall be a fundamental term of this agreement. A non-payment shall entitle Loose n’ Lazy Ltd. to terminate the contract immediately.

All orders are subject to availability.



SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to get our goods dispatched on the day of the order however our dispatch times may vary subject to availability. The delivery date is an approximate based on delivery information available at the time of placing the order. At Loose n’ Lazy Ltd. we endeavour to avoid order delays but we do not control everything. As speed of the postal service is beyond our control we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, especially during the busy periods.

Delivery of the goods shall be arranged by Loose n’ Lazy Ltd via third party carrier to a delivery address provided by the buyer at the point of order.

Local (Jersey only) delivery charges

All local orders over £100 will be posted free of charge. Orders under £100 will cost £2.50 for postage or delivery by ourselves.

Domestic delivery charges in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands (excluding Jersey)

All domestic orders over £100 will be posted free of charge. 

We will only be using Royal Mail Tracked delivery at a cost of £3.99 to the customer (for the majority of items). If an order exceeds the Royal Mail tracked delivery weight this will automatically default to the Courier option which will be more expensive.


International Deliveries

For deliveries outside of domestic regions stated above please contact us at orders@loosenlazy.com.

For deliveries outside of the Domestic Regions all import duties and taxes at country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must comply with regulation and legislation in the country of delivery which Loose n’ Lazy Ltd. cannot be held accountable for. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that purchased goods comply with statutory requirements within the country of the delivery.


RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION
If you realise you have made an error when ordering you are entitled to cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel your order please email us at orders@loosenlazy.com at earliest opportunity. We dispatch orders very quickly therefore time for cancelling the order is very limited.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Where the goods have been delivered and are deemed damaged, the buyer must notify both third party carrier and Loose n’ Lazy Ltd within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. Returned damaged goods will only be accepted if previously agreed with Loose n’ Lazy Ltd.


MISSED DELIVERIES
Where the buyer fails to take the delivery of the goods on given time and date or fails to provide clear instruction for where to deliver the goods, the buyer shall be responsible for any costs incurred in relation to rearranged deliveries, storage, insurance or the return delivery of the goods to seller. Where the buyer cannot accept the delivery of the goods on given date and time it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange storage and alternate delivery date directly with the third party carrier. Loose n’ Lazy Ltd. do not accept any responsibility for missed deliveries.
